A Florida man with an image of the state of Florida tattooed on the center of his forehead was arrested last Sunday morning for trying to use the 911 emergency number as a ride home.
Mathew Leathan from Tampa, Florida, who is 22 years old is accused of calling 911 at 4:20 AA to ask police for a ride home.
A police officer who arrived at the scene responding to the call, offered to order Leatham a taxi but he declined as he told the police officer, he had no money. He then in sight of the police officer called 911 again to try order a ride home.
The officer present arrested Leatham and upon searching him found a small amount of Marijuana. Leatham was charged with two misdemeanor crimes of misuse of 911 and possession of marijuana. He was released on Monday after paying a $300 bond.
