Every weekday morning, you will receive an update of our latest headlines and Daily Friend Show podcast. The Daily Friend Show is a 30-minute current affairs podcast featuring our analysts and writers. It presents a liberal perspective on the political, social and economic issues of the day. The podcast is available on Google Podcasts, Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
Get the Daily Friend WhatsApp Service on your phone
- Click here. This will redirect you to a page asking you to ‘Open WhatsApp’.
- Select ‘Open WhatsApp’.
- A new chat window will open in your WhatsApp with the word ‘Hello’ in the message field. Click ‘send’.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive a welcome message asking you to add our WhatsApp number to your contact list on your mobile phone. You must do this in order to continue having access to the WhatsApp Service.
- Done! You will now receive updates from the Daily Friend on WhatsApp.
Important
Your phone number will only be used for the Daily Friend WhatsApp Service. Your number will not be used for marketing of any kind and will not be revealed to other users of the service.
If you would like to opt-out of the service and stop receiving updates, simply reply with ‘STOP’ and delete the number from the contact list on your phone.
