South Korea has claimed that drones from North Korea have violated its airspace.
South Korea’s joint chiefs of staff said that a number of drones had entered South Korean airspace with one making it as far as the capital, Seoul.
South Korean fighter jets and helicopters were scrambled to shoot down the drones.
According to the BBC the last time that North Korean drones had entered South Korean airspace was in 2017.
