A new poll from eNCA has the ANC at 41.4%.
The poll, which surveyed 3 000 people and had a margin of error of 1.8%, had the DA at 20%, with the EFF at 15%.
The new MK Party was the fourth-biggest party according to the poll, at 10.9%.
If the election results mirror the poll findings, then KwaZulu-Natal will suffer a political earthquake.
In that province the MK Party was the biggest party, at 35.6%, with the IFP second at 20.9%. The DA was the third biggest party in the province at 13.6%, with the ANC only the fourth biggest at 13.1%.
According to the poll, no party has the support of more than 50% of respondents in Gauteng, the Western Cape, Northern Cape, the Free State, and Mpumalanga.
