BDL joins the community of Newcastle, KwaZulu which is out in protest and expressing their grief, after the horrific murder of Glen & Vida Rafferty. Violent crime in South Africa is a national disaster, and despite assurances from politicians, it is out of control. The farming community and rural residents are especially at risk, and face some of the most horrendous crimes, which include rampant property threat, torture and violent murders. The community of Newcastle staged this protest, and asked the government and President Ramaphosa: HOW MANY MORE MUST DIE?
