The leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), Julius Malema, is in deep legal trouble, after his weekend remarks in which he incited violence against police officers and their families. Afriforum and Solidarity have laid criminal charges of incitement and sedition, amongst other charges. As the cases against the loud-mouth wannabe fascist despot mount, could his threats against the police and their families be the final nail in his coffin?
