BDL talks to residents of the Cape Flats (Khayelitsha & Mitchells Plain) and other areas, to find out whether service delivery by the DA-run City of Cape Town meets their expectations? This is an important conversation given the upcoming Local Government Elections. Sihle Ngobese, best known as Big Daddy Liberty (BDL), is the Head of Strategic Operations at the IRR. Sihle has nearly a decade of experience in political and strategic communications, having worked in party-politics, the legislature and government.
